Are SkinMed products for all skin tones?
Yes. Our formulas are made for every skin tone and type. Our Pure range is non-brightening for anyone who wants radiance without any change in tone.
How soon will I see results?
Many customers notice a softer, more radiant look within the first couple of weeks of daily use, and more over 1–3 months. Results vary from person to person, and consistency matters most.
Do I need sunscreen?
Yes, every morning. Sun protection keeps your glow even and is especially important when using brightening or retinol products.
Can I use your products if I have a skin condition?
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. If you have a medical skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have very sensitive skin, please check with your doctor or dermatologist first, and always patch test new products.
How does shipping work?
We ship across the U.S., usually within 1–2 business days. Shipping is complimentary over the threshold shown at checkout. You can also choose free local pickup in Bridgeport, CT.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Add a gift message at checkout and we'll include it on a card, with prices left out.
